The Product Finder has been designed with flexibility in mind.
You can use it to filter down through the criteria in turn or go straight to a criteria of you choice. Both methods are explained below.
Selecting a filter is as simple as clicking on the criteria under the filter, for instance clicking "Reusable" under Product Type results in the following:
Note that now only products that are Reusable will now be shown.
Clicking it again undos the filter as follows:
Filtering through criteria in turn
Please select your business sector through the top left "Our Products" introductory images.
For this example we are searching for an "Industrial", "Reusable" glove for the "Abrasion" hazard, within an environment where "Oil" is found, having the feature of being "Latex Free" whilst being suited for the "Engineering" industry.
Evan a very precise specification such as shown above is readily appied to the Product Finder as shown below:
- Select "Reusable" from the Glove Type
- Select "Abrasion" from hazard
- Select "Oil" from Environments
- Select "High" from Grip
- Select "Latex Free" from Features
- Finally, select "Engineering" from Industries
Selecting directly from criteria
It is also possible to select a subset of products to browse by applying only some criteria, in any order. Let us imagine that we are searching this time only for an "High" grip glove for use in environments that have "Oil" in them.
We start by going to the Grip filter and selecting "High" from Grip.
Immediately to the Environment filter and Select "Oil".
Naturally there are more products in this subset than in the one we applied in the earlier example but already we have a useful selection to browse and to add further criterion to as required.
