Manufacturing
In addition to the production facility located at our Head Office in Enfield, Polyco has manufacturing partnerships in Sri Lanka, Malaysia and China. With these resources we are able to lead the market with the most cost effective solutions to our customers hand protection needs.
These facilities include state of the art , high volume dipping lines and fully automated machine knitting plants. In addition there are highly flexible production units capable of manufacturing more tailor made products where a purpose designed or specialist glove is required to solve a customer’s hand protection needs.

Our Technology Centre is the most advanced in the UK glove industry. Our laboratories are UKAS accredited and provide test facilities for a wide range of European glove standards including those for measurement of chemical, micro-biological and the physical properties of materials and products. These facilities are also used to monitor quality and to carry out research into new materials and products.

To ensure continuous maintenance of our quality gloves our products are subject to one of the most rigorous Quality Assurance regimes in the glove industry.
BM Polyco has a Quality Management System that is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 for the supply of household, medical, DIY, gardening gloves and personal protective equipment in conformity with the Personal Protective Equipment Directive 89/686/EEC and the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC.
We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of product quality, customer service and ethical standards, whilst minimising our impact on the environment. Our Environment Management System is certified to ISO 14001:2004 to allow us to continually assess and improve our environmental performance.
